By using this website and purchasing original artwork from Aureja Raudone, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Payments

All artworks are subject to availability.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Prices are listed in Euros (€) and may be updated without prior notice.
A 50% deposit is required to book commissioned work. The remaining balance is due before shipping.

Original Artwork

Each painting is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted oil work.
Due to differences in screen settings, slight color variations may occur between the digital image and the artwork in person.
Paintings are signed on the back unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Lithuania and delivered worldwide.
Shipping costs are calculated based on location and will be communicated during checkout or commission booking.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes incurred upon arrival.
All artworks are securely packaged and include tracking and insurance.

Returns & Damage Policy

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your painting arrives damaged, contact me at aureja.raudone@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging. I’ll work with you to find a resolution.
