Original Oil Paintings for Collectors

Each painting is a one-of-a-kind original, created slowly and intentionally in my quiet, forest-side studio near Kaunas, Lithuania. I work exclusively in oils on linen, drawn to the way light, stillness, and mood can be held in layers of paint.

These are not prints or reproductions - only originals. When you collect a piece, it is yours alone: a moment of atmosphere and memory captured in brushwork.

If a painting speaks to you, trust that.

Frequently asked questions

    • Q: Are these original paintings?
A: Yes. Every piece is a one-of-a-kind original oil painting, created by hand on primed linen canvas in my forest-side studio. I do not offer prints or reproductions.

    • Q: Do paintings come framed?
A: Paintings are shipped unframed, safely packaged and ready for your personal framing style.
If you’d prefer professional framing, I offer custom options through a trusted local studio. Framing adds 2–3 weeks to delivery and an additional fee - just mention it in your inquiry or checkout notes.

    • Q: Are your paintings varnished?
A: Yes. All paintings are varnished once fully cured (approx. 6 months from final brushstroke). This protects the surface and enhances depth.
If you purchase a newly completed painting, I’ll store and varnish it before shipping - or you can opt to receive it earlier varnished with retouch varnish Gamvar.

    • Q: Do you accept commissions?
A: Yes. I accept a limited number of commissions per year. Visit the Commissions Page to learn more about the process, pricing, and how to begin.

    • Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. I ship worldwide with tracking and insurance.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided in your commission quote. Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

    • Q: How long does it take to receive a painting?
A: Available paintings are shipped within 3–5 business days.
      Delivery estimates:

      • Lithuania: 2–4 business days

      • EU: 5–10 business days

      • International: 10–20 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your painting is on its way.

    • Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I accept secure payment via Stripe, PayPal and bank transfer. For commissions, a 50% deposit is required to book your spot.

    • Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because each painting is original and handmade, all sales are final.
If your artwork arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 3 days of delivery at aureja.raudone@gmail.com with clear photos, and I’ll work with you to resolve it.

    • Q: How do I care for my oil painting?
A: Oil paintings are long-lasting and low-maintenance when treated gently. Here’s how to care for yours:

      • Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading or yellowing over time.

      • Keep away from humidity (like bathrooms or damp basements), as moisture can affect the canvas.

      • Dust lightly using a soft, dry cloth or feather duster — never use water or cleaning products.

      • If your painting is varnished, the surface is protected. If it’s unvarnished (fresh work), handle with extra care until varnished later.

      • For long-term preservation, professional framing with glass is not required, but framing with a spacer or float frame can protect edges and elevate presentation.

If you ever have questions about your specific piece, feel free to reach out.
